Registration to this forum is free!

1/. But we do insist that you agree to the Terms of Service, rules and policies detailed below and on the Bulletin Board Forum's. This is a requirement for completing registration and your use of the Points of View bulletin board which is a private members bulletin board and not a public bulletin board

2/. You declare that you are over the age of 18 and are joining Points of View Bulletin Board as a private member and that all information you provided is true and accurate and to keep your profile & a valid Email address up to date, You also agree that we have the right to change any or all the rules at our discretion at any time and that your continued use of Points of View bulletin board after any such change is indicative of your agreement to them

3/. You declare that you are joining Points of View Bulletin Board as a private member for your own personal use and enjoyment and that you are not joining Points of View Bulletin Board in any official Capacity or on behalf of your Employer or for your own Employment or Business interests

4/. You agree to indemnify us for any costs or loss incurred by your use of Points of View Bulletin Board in contradiction to the Terms of Service, Rules or Policies

5/. Although the administrators and moderators of Points of View will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages...
We are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, and neither the owners of Points of View or Invision Power Services Inc (developers of Invision Power Board) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

6/ Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use Points of View BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any English law (see terms of service/rule 11 applies).

7/. The owners of Points of View have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

8/. By your use of Points of View Bulletin Board You agree not to disclose any information about, contained in or posted on Points of View Bulletin Board, outside of Points of View Bulletin Board.

9/. You also agree by your use of Points of View Bulletin Board That any dispute, disagreement or whatever, about any member, or about Points of View Bulletin Board or its content or posting that unreservedly without recourse to any outside body or authority. That it shall be dealt with at the sole discretion of the Owner or senior administration of the Points of View Bulletin Board who’s decision you accept as being final

10/. You agree that everything on this site and bulletin board is copyright of either the original author or Points of View Bulletin Board and that you will not copy or reproduce in any format whatsoever, anything posted on contained in, or this site in part or in whole without the copyright holders written permission, You further agree that all information gained by you, about, contained in or posted on Points of View Bulletin Board is WITHOUT PREJUSTICE

11/. You agree that in the event of any legal proceedings applying to any party in respect of Points of View Bulletin Board, its content, postings, owners or members that it shall be dealt with under the jurisdiction of English Law and that English law will be what applies to Points of View Bulletin Board
